Join the Adventure in The Lonesome Guild
DON’T NOD has revealed the first playable demo of The Lonesome Guild, an upcoming single-player action RPG developed by Italian indie studio Tiny Bull Studios. The demo, now available on Steam, premiered during the AG French Direct event alongside a brand-new gameplay trailer. It will also be featured in the upcoming Steam Next Fest in June.
Set in a mysterious mist-covered world called Etere, The Lonesome Guild invites players to step into the role of Ghost, a spirit with no memories who must confront a creeping loneliness infecting the land. To do so, Ghost recruits a band of misfit adventurers, forming a unique, lonesome guild to stand against the spreading corruption.
The demo introduces players to the early moments of Ghost’s journey. This includes the recruitment of two companions: Davinci and Mr. Fox. Each character comes with distinct abilities, personal stories, and motivations. Players can freely switch between them during combat and exploration, allowing for strategic play, cooperative puzzle-solving, and the first encounter with a formidable boss.
The game combines top-down real-time combat, exploration, and environmental puzzles. As players progress, they’ll form deeper bonds with their allies. This will help them in unlocking powerful combo abilities and moments of reflection around the campfire. The world of Etere promises a rich tapestry of secrets, danger, and emotional storytelling.
