Anna Camp, famous for her role as Aubrey in Perfect Pitch, has opened up about an ‘awkward incident’ with Daniel Radcliffe.
During a conversation with Podcrushed podcast, the Hollywood actress candidly discussed her experience of playing a 2008 Broadway show alongside the Harry Potter actor.
“There would be cameras in the audience. They tell you to put your phone away or not have your phone, but there’d be people with binoculars in the third row,” she began by saying.
Referring to the last scene in which the co-stars were stripped fully nude, Camp continued, “I remember I had to freeze while [Radcliffe] delivered a monologue, and they would be talking about our bodies.” Saying things like “‘She must be cold.’ He must be, too!”
Sharing what she had running through her mind at the time she said, “We’re all cold. Just leave us alone. We’re naked for you right now. Go home.”
In 2015, speaking to Playboy, Radcliffe reflected on his experience of the show too and said, “s*** scared and 17 when I did Equus, which is the age when you’re most self-conscious… Looking back, that was mental.”
“I loved being on set. I loved the hours. I loved the people. I loved the crazy, weird s— I got to do every day. Acting was the focus for me, and I wasn’t going to do anything to jeopardize being an actor,” the 35-year-old actor concluded.
